Depending on how you use DigiGale, we may process account details, payment status, credit balances, uploaded documents, text submitted for analysis, and generated reports. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and should not be stored directly by DigiGale.

How information is used

Information is used to provide the requested tools, manage accounts and credits, generate reports, protect the service, and respond to support requests. Do not upload confidential or personal data unless you are authorized to do so.

Retention, security and your choices

Uploaded files and reports may be retained on the server to provide downloads and account history. Retention periods, deletion procedures, legal basis, processors and data-subject contact arrangements should be confirmed with the site operator and implemented in the production service. You may contact support to ask about your information.
